Health Asset
Management APP
This project aims to design a direct-to-consumer platform that empowers patients to manage their health assets—including pharmaceuticals, cell therapy services, healthcare providers, and insurance—through an integrated, multi-layered system that delivers a seamless end-to-end experience.
Introduction
Tools Applied
To build such a comprehensive solution in the form of APP, I need to have an overall cognition of how healthcare industry works and what are the tech stacks will be needed to make the work. In order to fulfill company's demand on low cost MVP to testify market reaction, our team first applied WeChat DevTools (JavaScript, Python, SQL) to develop the product, and the high-fidelity prototypes with product needs and features were all created by me in Figma.

We want to deploy the AI-Driven function to scrape and publish all cutting-edge healthcare articles from all over the world, automatically translating in Chinese. Also, the homepage serves the function to remind users about their program service.

In the Database subpage, we want to embed different kinds of terminologies that are relevant to our involving health sectors, generating instant AI response for learning.

We collaborated with third party vendors and payor (payment systems or insurance companies) to ensure a comprehensive one-stop solution.

We offer personalized EHR integrated with AI services to provide an intuitive, user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and saving users time when accessing their health data.

I created the idea of "Digital Health Asset" as Cell Banking stores users' own resource in the company, and the function provides 24 hour monitoring and security processes to demonstrate safety.

Market Research
To achieve effective vertical integration for DTC healthcare, I focused on understanding the industry's structure through the "5Ps" framework: pharmacy, payor, patient, provider, and producer. Additionally, I conducted a TAM-SAM-SOM analysis to assess market potential, calculating potential user segments based on demographic and geographic data.

Business Analytics
To ensure the app's scalability, I explored potential markets for horizontal integration where the company could expand its influence. Additionally, I developed budget sheets and applied the AARRR model (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) to analyze user lifetime value (LTV) through trend analysis.
